T. Patrick Milas Named Director of the Gardner A. Sage Library

T. Patrick Milas has been named the new Director of the Gardner A. Sage Library and Assistant Professor of Theological Bibliography and Research at New Brunswick Theological Seminary (NBTS). Dr. Milas most recently served as the Academic Technology Librarian for the Princeton Theological Seminary Library at Princeton Theological Seminary in Princeton, New Jersey.

Patrick earned an AB in Religion from Davidson College, and an MS and PhD in Library and Information Studies from Florida State University. His dissertation topic was: “Information Behavior at Highpath School of Theology, the Research Habits of MDiv and MTS/MA Students, Faculty and Librarians: An Exploratory Study.”

He currently serves as the Chair of the Anglican Episcopal Denominational Group and Convener of the Special Collections Interest Group. He is a member of the New York Area Theological Library Association (NYATLA) and a member of the Executive Committee of Southeastern Pennsylvania Theological Library Association (SEPTLA).

Patrick enjoys worship and music at Christ Episcopal Church, where he serves on the Vestry.
