This past year, ATLA has launched two new programs, the ATLA Digital Library and the ATLA Publishing Program. These new programs aim to enhance the benefits offered to ATLA members, as well as to advance the scholarship and work of libraries and related information providers. To help facilitate us in this endeavor, we are adding two new positions at ATLA: the Scholarly Communication/Open Access Publishing Manager and the Digital Collections Metadata Librarian.
The Scholarly Communication/Open Access Publishing Manager position will be responsible for managing our open access publishing initiatives. For more information and to apply for this position, see the job posting on the ATLA Job Board.
The Digital Collections Metadata Librarian will work with members and other organizations to harvest digital collections metadata. For more information and to apply for this position see the job posting on the ATLA Job Board.
If these positions seem like the perfect fit for you, we encourage you to apply.
Please see our website to learn more about the other benefits that ATLA membership provides.
