Submitted by Miranda Bennett, Editor-in-Chief, ATLA Summary of Proceedings

I am pleased to announce the call for submissions to the Summary of Proceedings of the Seventy-first Annual Conference of the American Theological Library Association, held June 14-17, 2017, in Atlanta. If you participated in the conference in any of the following capacities, you are encouraged to contribute to the Proceedings:

  • Conversation Group facilitators
  • Denominational Group secretaries
  • Interest Group speakers and secretaries
  • Listen and Learn speakers
  • Panel discussion presenters
  • Paper/presentation speakers
  • Plenary speakers
  • Pre-conference workshop presenters
  • Regional Group secretaries
  • Worship Leaders

As many of you know, I have been appointed as the first ATLA member Editor-in-Chief of the Proceedings, which is now part of ATLA Publications. This gives us new options for disseminating content generated by the Annual Conference, so if you are interested in, for example, submitting your conference paper to Theological Librarianship, ATLA’s open access journal, rather than publishing the text in the Proceedings, please contact me.

How To Submit

The deadline for Proceedings submissions is September 22, 2017, and your PC-compatible files may be sent by email attachment to memberrep@atla.com. Additional submission instructions may be found on the ATLA website.

If you have questions about the Proceedings, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with me.
