Theological Librarianship Seeking Editor-in-Chief, Application Deadline Extended

ATLA is seeking applications and nominations for the position of Editor-in-Chief of the ATLA sponsored online journal Theological Librarianship. The journal is entering its ninth year of publication.

Responsibilities of the Editor-in-Chief (EIC) include overseeing the selection and work of all Section Editors, personally selecting content and editing one of the sections, and convening and providing the agenda for all editorial board meetings, both those held online and those held in-person. The EIC also coordinates, in conjunction with the Editorial Board, long term planning  for the journal and makes recommendations as appropriate to the Director of Member Programs for new initiatives, programmatic changes, editorial stipends, and any other matters relating to the provision of journal content. The EIC reports to the Director of Member Programs and serves a three-year (renewable) term.
